If choosing feathers – due to the individuality of the feathers each one is entirely unique. Our feathers are sourced from estates and butchers.

Due to multiple parties, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to effectively manage inventory. The actual inventory may change at any moment. It is possible that stocks could be depleted after the order has been made.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you made your purchase We're sorry to say that we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.
The item should not be in use and must be in its original condition. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
